I hope everyone remembers that the supplier discount is voluntary program. Not all dealers will honor it on hard to get vehicles. In Norhtern California there are virtually no dealers honoring the discount on 3.0 Q5's. I presume that will be the case for the 2014 TDI's. PM me if you have questions.

There's not really a list, you just have to see if your dealer will accept it.

It's from AoA (the ACNA membership tenure just gives you access to the regular Supplier program), so highly unlikely.

So I called ACNA and spoke to a rep. They verified that the program is Audi of America sponsored and pretty much all official Audi dealerships are participating. There is no "list" of participating dealers.

In any case, you do need to be a member for at least 6 months and have the eligibility form signed by a ACNA personnel before your able to get the discount (the form is sent to you by ACNA).

Can anyone confirm that they were able to get the 6% off MSRP off a Q5 through this ACNA program?

You can use supplier with loyalty if you're a current Audi owner.
This has been true for many years before the Audi Club members became eligible.

But I can see a huge problem in this down the road for dealers.

Why be able to buy into a plan for $50-100, that entitles you to $3000 discount on a car? It's pretty stupid from a business owners standpoint. Who wouldn't join any club for next to nothing just to be a member so they can take a 6% discount on a high end luxury car.

It's just kills the dealers/salespeople, and they will probably end up not honoring the certificates.

It will end up creating bad experiences for customers and the dealers.

Yeah this seems odd. I'm not complaining or asking for a change, but to be more reasonable seems like you would need to be at least a "lifetime" member in order to get the thousands of dollars saved from this discount.

Audi is subsidizing the program. The dealers will likely make very close to the same % as a normal transaction, and the number of ACNA members that use this discount program is going to amount to a very small percentage of total Audi sales in North America.
Don't look the gift horse in the mouth, as they say. If you are going to be in the market, and you want a new Audi, it would be prudent to spend the $49.00 and join the club and take advantage of the program in 6 months or by the end of the year.
It's a no-brainer for me......I'll be getting the paperwork by the end of the year and ordering my vehicle.

Audi pays the dealers 2% back on a supplier program.

But I've never seen a program where anybody off the street can spend $49 on an Audi Club membership, and turn that into such a windfall savings on a new car purchase.

To me, there has to be some sort of equal value.

6% of a $55,000 car is 3300. So if Audi Pays 2% of that, it's $1100. So a $49 1 year membership to the Audi club costs Audi $1100, and the dealer has to eat $2200.

If the entire business world was run like this, we'd be bankrupt.

If your a customer, enjoy it while you can!
