Default New to Audi

Hi everyone!

I'm looking very hard at a 3.2 Q5, Midnight Blue, Cinnamon and Nav. I've search this forum a bit, and I'm trying to get an idea of what kind of negotiated deals you all are getting or what I can expect to negotiate to. I've got zero experience with this dealer as I'm coming from BMW's. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

From what I can tell there is a limited supply of 2012 Q5's out there these days. If you have found the car you want which was a challenge for me then you are ahead of the game. Given the car I was looking for was in short supply I lost most of my leverage and had two dealers tell me MSRP would be the best price they could give. I found a third that was willing to work with me. I would suggest you see if you can get more than one Audi dealer involved.

My Q5is supposedly on a boat on its way over and here are the details to use as you see fit.

I paid MSRP but the dealer threw in Audi Care, an $800 value. You might try that angle.

You might look at Preferred supplier deals with your employer. I am retired from HP/Agilent and we get a 6% discount off the Sicker Price. Second there is a discount for owning another Audi (discount varies by model) and then the Audi Club has a US$500 refund (separate from other discounts)

Depends on where you are, but in Canada (ON), I got a pretty good deal on a 2012 Q5 last month. I wanted a Monsoon Gray 2.0T with Black Interior, the dealer had two ordered and scheduled for delivery end July. Interest rates are low now as well. I asked for a certain amount over invoice, and ended up with approx $2300 off MSRP. The 3.2T should have better discounts, but again this depends on location and demand.
