How much earlier do you think I could do European delivery.

Now that pricing is out I am ready to order.

My vacation plans Ideally would fall between August 10th to September 10th to pick up the car and vacation..

So essentially.. When do they ship the car from the factory to the US for it to be state side by September 9th?
I think it's on the boat for around two weeks, plus the time from the factory to the German port, customs here, transit to the dealer, etc., so I'd guess approximately a month from being assembled to deliver. Most likely you'd be able to go for ED anywhere in that timeframe, but only they would know for sure. Not like you're looking for July or something.

Approx 1 month. But the issue/unknow I'd the "Currently Unavailable" SLine. So 9/2 is just a guess at this point and I wouldn't put too much on that. We need to see updated dates after a car is in production

Default You're already tight on Euro delivery scheduling

Audi wants 12 weeks out, which is near the end of your vacation window as of right now. I did mine at about 10-11 weeks out, which seemed like no big deal, but it was also the end of the 2013 run; it was actually built within the first month after ordering. My own sense is down at 8 weeks like the beginning of your window, you will be getting more hemming, hawing and push back. It's not just a snap your fingers type thing, so really takes several months lead time to do it on the customary time line, and here you are dealing with the German side of Audi with the more formal stereotype business customs and procedures.

If you want Euro delivery, from very recent experience I suggest you find a knowledgable salesperson for it at a high volume dealership, especially any model choice in short supply. I was disappointed by my traditional dealership in the SF Bay Area, affirmatively and demonstrably lied to by the second dealership at the sales manager level about how ED discounting and dealer allocation works (which flat cost them the straight cash sale), and finally very satisfied by the breath of fresh air, experience, no laughable amateur hour sales baloney, and zero hassles at the high volume final dealership I arrived at still reasonably nearby.
