Might be a little early but has anyone done a Q5 oil change on their own yet? I never really considered myself a traditionalist, but this checking oil level through the radio thing has me a bit uneasy. I see where the oil dispstick should go - I wonder if they are the same for all the 3.2 FSI engines - I may need to go buy one.

I know you try to save some money by change the oil yourself. Just be careful with the warranty it may not cover if it service is not done by a certified mechanic. Also consider buy a extra service package it about $750 more but you will save about $350 if you didn't have the service packages.
