I have scheduled my oil consumption test however because of lack of Audi service locations my appointment is not until June 7th almost a month away and my car continues to ask for a quart every 3-4 hundred miles with no leaking no smell of burning oil. SO do I keep adding oil does that cause damage?

Just do it for now until the service date.
