Never had a front plate, haven't had a ticket yet (knock on wood). I keep the front plate in the glove and if I park on a public street, I put it in the window. Can't give you a ticket if you have it displayed in the window.

Same here Fitz, I have never had a front plate here in CT and have yet to get a ticket.

Default If you need to have a front plate, try this

This is what LLtek did to my front plate on my A8. The creased it and set it into the bumper. Gives it a cleaner look.

I agree, very nice I just saw a Q5 on the street on my way to work..
and it looks way much better that the ones with the plates on sitting on the dealership

Thanks partner. I had LLtek do some work on her. Its a 2005 with the Hoffel facelift and a one of a kind custom grill.

I'm in Michigan - No front plate requirement. Want to swap out front plate holder. My dealer said they could order it for $154. Totally worth it in order to get it looking like FitzLa's, but I want to make sure I am ordering the right filler strip. My dealer gave me part #: 8R0807287AT94. Is this right? It is important for me to get the replacement with the chrome strips.
