Just purchased the K40 RL360. Awesome system. Far better than the Escort and their EX2 system is just as good as the Laser Interceptor. I considered the LI, but I read the reviews and listened to friend's who ran with both of them in the Bull Run and Gumball 3000 and everyone of them said K40 RL360, but two said for laser LI while another few highly recommended EX2's. Photo isn't needed because K40 pays the tab on those tickets as well... if one is ever received.

V-1 and Lidatech LE-30 in everything I drive, including both motorcycles.. Last ticket was 1984, a so-called "energy speed" ticket. False alarms only help me slow down. No tickets in 28 years is the proof. And hell yea I speed, everybody speeds except maybe for a few Blue Hairs with a stuck blinker, and kids with learner's permits.

Very few people DRIVE anymore, they just steer 4000 pound missiles on cruise control while fvching with their cell phones. I believe the speed devices help me to be a much more alert driver. The devices do that (at least for me).

I currently just have my trusty V1, wired in via the Savvy connector to my OBD port. I'm considering adding a laser jamming solution in the long run, but just haven't gotten around to thinking about it yet.

I'm surprised by the amount of anti-countermeasure sentiment around here. I've driven with countermeasures pretty much from when I got my license till now (6 or so years later). Zero tickets, zero at-fault accidents (knock on wood). I'm sure there's idiots out there that think having these devices means you can drive as recklessly as you want, but that simply isn't true. It at best can lower your risk of being caught for a traffic violation.

I mainly like having it around for situational awareness. I'd like to know if my speed is currently being monitored. I'm not gonna lie -- it's saved me from numerous tickets when it goes off and I look down at my speedometer and find out that I'm going 15 over.

As far as I'm concerned, it's no more unethical than slowing down when you see a cop on the side of the road... If you're the kind of honest law abiding citizen who proudly locks in at 85 hoping that you'll get pulled over so that you can pay your debt to society for your crime.... then fine, I bow down to your ethical superiority

I have the Beltronics Sti-r Plus and the Laser Interceptor installed. I typically don't drive much faster than the other traffic. I don't have it for that. In this area you get picked off out of a pack of cars by HWY Patrol with laser all the time. It has already paid for itself. The red light cam and speed trap notification are just an added benifit.
