I know there have been posts on this before but I was wondering if there has been any official recall/TSB from Audi on this issue. I'm going in for my 15k tomorrow and want to get this issue resolved once and for all. The last two times I mentioned this the mechanic claimed that the car was operating as intended.

I think there is a TSB for the A4 but not the Q5.

Was at my dealership over the weekend and stopped by service to ask if they'd had any updates regarding the "low speed steering wheel shudder" with the Q5. Apparently they can fix it now because they ordered the replacement part for me (if the part had been in, they would have fixed it that day) and I'm just waiting for them to let me know when the part gets in so that we can get this taken care of.

I had Q5 in for water pump replacement -coolant leaked out as my wife poulled out of the drive way, I also c/o pulsation on Steering wheel/shudder- they also replaced "vane pump hose" , drove Q5 today, did not feel shudder.

Not sure if there's an "official" TSB out for the Q5 or if my dealership just replaced it for me on their own.

No mention of TSB on invoice and just "REPLACED POWER STEERING HOSE WITH UPDATED POWER STEERING HOSE, SIMILAR TO A4 CONCERN"

Part number is "8K1-422-893-CL FLEX. HOSE"

Hope that helps anyone else looking to get this resolved.

They used the same p/n on our Q5, and the dealer (Bell Audi NJ) knew about this problem.
