Q5 came with 18" wheels. Are stock OEM 19" wheels/tires plug and play? Lug nuts?

I am looking at a Q5 with the 18's and would also want to put on the 19's instead after the fact.

Do I have to worry about the speedometer/odometer being incorrect if I swap?

I would probably use the 18's for winter.

Why stop at 19"? If you're upgrading you might as well go to 20"?
