same problem on my car, both left and right LED was replaced.right side was replaced last year December, and the left side was replaced within this month. after the last repair job, the new LED was installed on my car wasn't compatible with the old one, which cause the problem that the left side LED was faster than right side.
as you can see in my video

are you going to have that issue fixed? i seem to have the same issue (although only 1 headlight was replaced). I'm thinking that both have to be replaced simultaneously.

I got a referral to this site. My boss and I both have Q5's purchased April 09. His DTL left side went out last week, my right side went out this week. The dealer/service reps. would not disclose that this is a known problem. They had to replace both sides. What next? BTW, I'm at the dealer at least 2x per month for various Q5 issues. Thankfully the dealer is 5 minutes from work.

After my right DRL went out, they fixed the issue. Noticed that the right and left DRL's turned on/off at different times. Then a week later, the left DRL went out. That was replaced and now everything is working fine (knock on wood).
Funny thing is, the DRL's now STAY ON when the turnsignals are engaged!
And i didn't need a vagcom! =)

The LEDs may be completely out or the LED's may be flickering. The latter is hard to tell unless you're in front of the vehicle apparently.
