Will there be a warning light in the dash when they are not working. Like what happened Yesterday.

Hello Everyone!

I have a strange behaviour with my Q5 DRL lights that you can see in this video:

The video shows the behaviour of my Q5 DRL lights that I don't no if normal. I made 3 tests:

1) I turn the engine on with the light button in position "0" and my right DRL blink 1 time 2 sec after

2) I turn the engine on with the light button in position "AUTO" and again my right DRL blink 1 time 2 sec after

3) I turn the engine on with the light button in position "0" and at this time both DRL blink 1 time 2 sec after

This is normal? I had some issues with my xenon lights in the last weeks...

I had the same problem, bought a new LED control unit that fits inside the headlight and they work again! When I get a chance I'll get the link of the one on eBay that I got mine from.

Here's where I got mine, they post internationally so should be helpful to everyone here. Cheaper than the Audi main dealer and quicker to do it yourself
