I have a 2012 A6. Hate the Nav. Does not show most street names on map mode. Is the Q5 the same. I was going to look at a Q5 but will pass if the Nav is the same. Yes it is a deal breaker.

Both have the Google enabled Navigation.

Yes, this is where BMW iDrive has Audi MMI beat. iDrive does a much better job of redrawing the map's street names to make them more readable. Not a dealbreaker for me though, because I still prefer MMI's overall user interface and look.

I really like the Q5. Mostly everything about it. The Nav is fine on destination mode. We drive in certain communities were a street map is helpful. Amazing how a cheap Garmin fills the bill. Ok...thanks for the replies. We're focusing on an X3.
