It's real. The parts cost an arm and a leg from the parts dept if you want to do the conversion I have a list of all the part numbers and prices.

to me it looks like my s-line ... has a bit more dull plastic but it has the s-line rims from 09 ( my 10 s- line has different rims) but the grill looks similar ..

in the uk, the offroad styling pack includes

Off road styling pack (SE only) of front and rear lower bumper spoilers with stainless steel underbody protection in off-road design, wheel arch extensions in stone grey, front grille with vertical chrome struts and 19” 5-arm off-road design alloys. £3,000
