On Sat, dealer called and said car was put in service because back up camera was going on and off.
Sales guy said could be wiring glitch or chip.
Waiting to hear back on a solution.

Today, I called and talked to the Service manager and he said, it was a defective camera module that is found in the rear fender compartment area. It had nothing to do with the Nav/Stereo Unit, and or wiring upfront. They replaced the module,and cleared the fault codes. I told them I want a copy of the service record for my own keepings.

Now, should I be cautious about this and look for another Q?
Or do u guys think it'll be okay now that it's fixed?

It should be fine. You've got the paperwork that it was fixed pre-delivery. If anything should happen under warranty they should take care of it.
