The $2500 is for "in production" colors (in the catalog). I think there's a $4000-4500 tier for "back catalog" VAG colors, in case you wanted a color that's been discontinued; pretty sure you don't have to go full custom for those, anyway.

Here is one from my new Q. According to the Order Guide, Pistachio Beige seats, Truffle Beige dash, Silk Beige headliner. Sorry the sun was a little harsh.
