Quartz & Radio controlled clock

From the manual: "You can choose between a quartz clock and a radio-controlled clock*. If you have chosen the quartz clock, you must set the time and date yourself. The radio clock*sets the time and date automatically."
Is this country dependent? I am in the UK and don't have this choice. Or is it part of an option pack?
Any one?

I've always wondered why every car radio doesn't just set from the radio signal? I have a cheap alarm clock at home that does that so it must be pretty straightforward. I also saw something on my wife's new Genesis that was so simple and made total sense. It sets the time from the GPS signal. A basic component of any GPS is the current time so your location can be calculated, since you already have the time why not just set it from that?

Prior to my getting my fully loaded (incl nav) 2011 3.2 Premium last September, I had a 2005 Murano SE with nav. The Nissan nav system automatically obtained the time from the GPS satellite system and it had a screen configuration entry for DST. It was quite a surpise to see these two items missing from the Audi nav system. I really miss having a constantly correct clock in my car.
