no, those are NOT oem headrests. the originals are too small. the ones you see are part of the rosen system and custom made for the q5 in cinnamon brown. i'll try to dig out the oem headrests and take a side-by-side pic for you soon. of course the aftermarket headrests will not look/feel as nice as the original, but they are more comfortable for me when i rest my head on them. they actually tilt forward far enough for me to rest my head and still be in a good driving position.
