Rear valence and foglight grill different on U.S. 3.0T?
Anyone notice that the grill around the foglights and the rear valence of the 3.0T have the S/RS black mesh look to them on the audi website? It says Euro model displayed.
Can anyone confirm if the U.S. 3.0T's will sport the same look? I'm stuck between the Evoque and Q5 but the mesh grill may be the thing that tilts the scale. Really love the new look.

Waiting for my '13 3T I've been wondering the same thing. FWIW the Audi America site says under "Q5 Features" - The 3.0T Premium Plus "Includes 2.0T Premium Plus features and the following feature highlights:
S line® front and rear bumpers and side valences. With larger wheels, the S line® specific bumpers and valences endow the Audi Q5 with a more sporting look."
Not sure what that actually means though..

It looks to me that the only differences between the previous S-Line bumpers and the 2013 S-line bumpers are:
2009-2012:
*Front lower fogs/RS Style mesh (chrome rings, black rings on Titanium Pkg)
*Front Lower valence is titanium gray
*Rear Lower Valence (Titanium Gray), Rear lower Grille (Black RS Mesh Style/Plastic)
*Rear Exhaust tips (Oval/Chrome), they make these in black as well, not sure if they come that way on the titanium pkg though. This applies to all Q5 trims.
2013:
*Front lower fogs/RS Style Mesh (chrome rings & Strips extending onto bumper, Titanium Pkg deleted in US market)
*Front Lower Valence deleted (it's just the color of/part of the bumper)
*Rear Lower Valence (Titanium Gray), Rear lower Grille (Black RS Mesh Style/Plastic) NO CHANGE
*Rear Exhaust tips (Flattened on bottom/Chrome)This STILL applies to all Q5 trims.
At least that's what it looks like to me. Not sure how accurate the configurator is. I believe the Hybrid is suppose to have the S-Line pkg standard, as they are marketing it as the top trim level Q5.
Also, I'm pretty sure the strips on the front lower grilles are all in chrome, and it looks like black plastic on the configurator.
I'm personally not a fan of the new exhaust tips. They look a bit odd to me to just cut them off flat, when the rest of the body style is so rounded and smooth. Easy enough to change that though.
