Took a stone to my fog lamp glass on the driver's side during a road trip to Seattle...

Can anyone point me to what I need to buy to replace it? I think I found it here - fog lamp assy Left: http://vwoempartsonline.com/parts/20...iagram=1385055

But want to be sure this is the right part...

from the pic looks like it would come from inside the bumper. I'd look how you change the fog lamp-it may give you an idea how to access the housing

I think I was wrong in my previous post-lokks like you need to remove the plastic "grill", then undo teh screw holding the unit in the bamper cover.

as you have probably seen, you have to replace the whole assembly, can not get just the glass.

Replacing it is easy. Pull the grille insert on the side that has the broken light, and then it;s 3 screws holding the light in.
