A similar situation happened on my last car. I had just picked it up from the dealer and a friend in the back seat had some clothes on a wire hanger and ripped the back of the leather seat. In this situation it was obviously my fault but my dealer fixed it for free. I guess it just depends on the dealer. Good luck.

Well...dealer said they will "take care of it". They said they have to make an appointment and would call me back. So, hopefully that will be resolved soon. I did promise them 10s on the survey since they said they would take care of it.
