Seat Memory Module

Hi Everyone,
I have a 2011 Q5 and for the last few days I've been having issues with the seat memory adjustment.I am not able to recall the setting for position 1 or 2, the off button seems to work fine (yellow light turns on), my seats do not adjust automatically based on the key you use to open the door and I cannot save a seat position. I tried resetting the position limits by going up/down, forward/back etc, but that didn't make a difference. I am stuck.... Could it be a faulty module? Thanks
When I ran vag-comm I got the following:

Did you ever clear the codes? If you did and the second scan is after clearing then first find the connector(s) involved and wiggle them to see if that gets it working. You can go into VCDS to "see" the module and what the wiggling the connector does.
If that gets it working and it quits again you may need to clean the connector(s). If that doesn't get the module working then try removing power to it then power it back up. That module is always powered so you need to find a fuse or unplug it to re-boot it.
