I'd get it. One for resale, two because who wants to buy a new car and have wires hanging everywhere off a garmin?
Also, dealer told me traffic is not through Sirius and is free lifetime. Not true?

On our 2013 it's prepaid for 4 years, but I'm not sure if you have to keep the Sirius subscription active to take advantage of it. It seems like you might although I haven't checked on it.

I think the traffic for 4 years just comes with the car. I didn't really discuss it with the dealer. The Sirius/XM radio comes with a complimentary subscription for a few months (3 or 6?).

Thanks for all the input guys, after thinking about it I decided to go with the nav. I emailed my sales person and told him to see if he could locate a vehicle with the nav. Now im just crossing my fingers that he hasn't already located a vehicle without it..

Sensors have done fine job so far.
Having camera is nice, but not necessary-I have it on my RX, so I can compare.
A few weeks ago I was backing out of my driveway in RX, and the sensors warned me of a person walking behind the vehicle. The camera showed him AFTER the sensors beeped.
If i had camera only, I may have hit him...Sensors have better "peripheral" coverage then camera...
