Sorry for the quality of the picture, it was taken in a garage.

This is what I've got.

Can't be less invasive. It is not glued down, you can put it away once you're done. Granted, I have not done any hard driving with it, it sits on the dash pretty well. The price is right, I paid $5.60 for it (but is now changed).

ProClip all the way! I had one in my Grand Cherokee and ordered one as soon as I had my Q5. Nice swivel mount so you can tilt and pan your device any way you like. Here are some pics of it in my Q5. I had to use my phone to take the shots so I put my phone case in it so you can get a better idea of how it looks in portrait and landscape.

Thank you for your posts.
Did your ProClip install do any damage to the dash? Looks sturdy. Is the ProClip easily removable, or is it a semi-permanent mount?

This is how I put my Arkon mount in my A6. I like it high up so I don't have to look down which takes a bit too long. I could put it on the right of the speedo hood because there is a gap there between the A6's pop up nav display, but I usually use a sunshade when parked so I would have to keep taking the mount down.
