My 2014 SQ5 rt side mirror used to tilt down when reversing...but strangely it just stopped one day. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with my attempt at basic coding with Carista. The side mirror no longer tilts down in reverse and I can’t seem to get the function to work anymore. When the car was recently at the dealer, they said the coding for the side mirror module was “messed up” and they had to redo it. When I got the car back, the mirror tilt worked for a few days, but then after I re-coded (headlight winking etc) with carista, the mirror tilt in reverse stopped working again.

Any suggestions to get it working again?

Problem solved! My mirror selector **** was not in the right position!
