Default Snowy Ohio

This may be the latest we have gotten our first snow of the year in quite a while. They are predicting 7-12 inches by tomorrow. We will be taking the '12 out in the snow for the first time on a trip to Pittsburgh. I am real interested on how it will handle the snow and high winds on the Turnpike. I will report back when we return!

Well we made it back and the roads were not nearly as bad as the weather forecasters anticipated. However, the Q handled like a champ on the worst of them. We have been driving in North East Ohio winters for the last 22 years so nothing is taken for granted. Our last SUV was a Toyota Highlander and the Q is definitely a big step up in slush and snow handling. So far I am leaning on just keeping the stock tires on during the winter as the snow performance is much better than we are used to anyway!
