Better option IMO, but more expensive of course.

Don't quote me on this, I'm pretty sure H&R's are hubcentric. Perhaps someone else could chip in.

You can always use the stock wheels for winter tires, etc...

I know Achtuning has some Hartmann wheels (they tend to have a more OEM look) that will fit well with the Q5 and their staff is very knowledgeable. (Link to Hartmann wheels at Achtuning) They also sell H&R spacers (and bolts) and should be able to help you out. (Link to H&R spacers/bolts at Achtuning)
Thanks a lot for the info D_Frost, I've looked at getting another set of wheels but honestly I like my S-Line rims. 20" is enough for me, I could go 21" MAYBE 22" but there are so many potholes it's not worth the risk for what they cost. But hey, maybe I'll change my mind.

Someone mentioned "hub centric"... what does that mean?

It means that they center on the wheel hub and not on the bolts.

I think I saw that anything 10mm and over is hub-centric,

Thanks all for the info. All very interesting reading. Now I just have to decide what to do. Keep sending additional insights.

H&R Trak+ spacers are hubcentric (Link)

A better explanation of hubcentric is here: (Link)
