Since AOA reimburses the dealer 2% of the 6% discount on the ACNA program, negotiating 5% off on a 7% profit margin car, particularly one with a limited availability and allocation, could be a challenge. The ACNA 6% program does make it easier in this situation so long as the dealer participates (most do).

Also, as reported, note that the SQ5 does not currently show that it qualifies for any new customer (w/2001+ Lexus, BMW, MB) or existing (2001+ Audi) customer Audi acquistion/loyalty programs (unlike the Supplier or ACNA discounts which do include it). Could be an omission but doubtful.

Here's a link for the Houston dealers loyalty discount regarding the Q5. It's my understanding that they are allowing the discount on all "Q5's"- S, TDI, etc. I would imagine that if they are doing it in Houston, you will find it in other areas. I've had a salesman quote me the $1000 loyalty discount was on the SQ5.

Hi everyone!

First post here.
I am going to go to the dealer and out in an order for an SQ5 probably next Saturday. I get 6% trough my company as we are Audi's supplier. Is that the best I can get? That is considering that I will be ordering the car and not buying one off the lot.

Who knows what your "dealer's" bottom dollar would be, but I would certainly start lower and then work your way up. More dealers in your area, the better the deal. I would probably do this over the phone or email, prior to going in. My motto in life, "It never hurts to ask"!

I am curious as to how long it will take for the car to arrive after placing an order. I know that is probably different for different dealers and location, but I am wanting to possibly place an order (SQ5) for an early Jan. delivery.

I just bought mine the other day paid 750 over invoice and after loyalty it was 250 under invoice.

about 2400 off msrp before loyalty.
