Nokian R2 SUV (235/60R18) on Replika R182 18" wheels.
my wheels are gun metal grey, the picture does not do justice to the real look and feel. they look GREAt on my sline with the white body and black trim and mirrors
I just got a 2017 Q5, last of the last gen. I want to make sure I understand correctly: There is no TMPS sensor in each wheel, correct? Thus, all that needs to be done when installing winter wheels is the reset in the MMI? Correct?

One more newb question: Are the lug patterns and offsets and stuff the same on all Q-series Audis? In other words, if I got wheels from a Q3 or a Q7, would they fit perfectly on a Q5?

Yes and no. If I recall correctly the lug pattern on the Q5 and Q3 should be the same(5x112), including the offset (ET33). However, you could have a clearance problem trying to fit those 17in wheels on a Q5. You could add spacers.
The previous Gen Q7 has a different bolt pattern (5x130), so wheels won't fit, but the latest model (4M or 2016+) has the same bolt pattern, so it should be fine.
