VMR makes an RS4 replica, too. Nothing wrong with Hartmann, but VMR also makes a quality wheel. Plus they offer several other styles in silver you may like.

After I sold my S4 the new owner has had a few VMR wheels on it:
V710:

V701:

I like both wheels, but on this car, I like the V701 much better.
While we're at it, let's look at all wheels in 20" for Q5 on both sites...
The ones VRM has avail in 20" on their site:
V710:
20x9, 5x112, ET35

V708:
20x9, 5x112, ET35

So really I only see the RS4 reps as being reasonable contenders for me. And indeed I may prefer the lines of the VMR wheel over the Hartmann (though it's unclear what size each wheel was photographed in, so comparing these photos may not be an accurate comparison, but should cover general design differences):
Hartmann's offerings for 20" Q5 fitment:

20x9, 5x112, ET25 or ET40
High Gloss Silver

They only make this in a 18"19", but I may have gone this route if it was avail in 20". It would have at least been an option

The A4 may have had it removed as well (or it may be removed in the future), haven't seen the full updated guide. The "problem" is of course just that AoA doesn't want that configuration available (likely cannibalizing Prestige sales) or else Audi HQ didn't want to make that configuration available to AoA. These changes are pretty common, have to expect some shuffling after the initial guides come out. I seem to remember the 3.0T going through a lot of tweaks last year.
