What options exist for upgrading the Audi Concert radio (with non-functioning Sirius) in the Q5? Satellite is something the wife enjoys, so it would be nice if an upgrade offered it. Desirable items include a back up camera, navigation (the 2010 doesn't have that), bluetooth, and the ability for the unit to still offer all the information under the "car" setting. One vendor online, Radio-Upgrade, suggests a unit that does most of those things and allows the original radio to function, but the item lacks reviews. Any direction you can offer is appreciated.

I just got a 2017 Q5 for my wife, it doesn’t have navigation or backup camera, no navigation controls in the center console, Audi Concert interface.

someone locally is selling the center console with the navigation controls and push button start, can I just buy this and install it? Will it work? Will I need the upgraded Infotainment systems as well?
I can purchase the OEM rear camera and stuff.
I just want to know if all the wiring is there to connect the center console navigation controls and the push button start.
Will push button start work or does it need a module or something?
is everything there to make the navigation center console work if I buy it?

any help would be much appreciated.

Everything is possible, but the only question is whether it is worth it
You have to find all the necessary parts, who will install it all, of course under the condition that you have a BODY CONTROL module that supports it
Of course, a mandatory software upgrade
Too expensive and complicated

I am pondering this Sigma unit because it fits in the original space: Sigma Hopefully the representatives can explain all the features for potential customers to consider. There are no reviews of the product but several reviews of similar products for the company under Trust Pilot.

Thank you for that information. The thread provided needed information, but the author never indicated if expected updates solved some issues. The manufacturer link explains that a purchased unit may not have the "Pass. Airbag Off" markings which the Q5 possesses. With cameras it looks as though the price is $800.
