I can't use any of the voice commands for the radio such as "96.3" or "AM/FM." What's the deal?

Depends on the system that you have.

Try saying Help. It will list the commands available.

For me, only phone commands work. I didn't get the navigation package.

If you got navigation package, voice commands will work. If not, voice only works for phone.

Yes I got the nav package and premium plus but radio commands still just don't seem to work...all other commands work

Nope. Doesn't work for me either. I can switch between MMI functions, but can not change radio stations. Strange cause I can enter an entire address in the nav via voice, but not radio stations. Hopefully this will be an MMI update one day.

That is really weird considering the 1st gen MMI voice recognition allows that.

That is very weird. LIke I said, let's just hope that they have an update for it. It would be a bad decision not to.
