Hi All,
New on the forum here and hoping to be a first time Audi driver soon. I know tools such as www.leasecompare.com and www.truecar.com exist and I have checked them out. But i noticed this kind of thread on a lot of other forums and didnt see one for the Q5.
My wife and I are about to get a 2010 P+ or a 2011 2.0T P+ Q5.
The usual I am seeing in my week or two of shopping around for the 2011 2.0T is 600 a month and 2K down + tax title and bank fees, so total of 3800.
One local lease company is saying 600 and zero down (so only 1500 for tax and title). I am a bit skeptical but will explore more this week.
So if anyone else would be kind enough to post what they got I think it may help the community (and me) to figure out what is rubbish and what is a good deal.
Thanks.
-Paul

any deal that requires you to put money down on a lease is a bad deal.
Only exceptions I've seen is where people put down small amounts to squeeze the monthly payments under a $50 bracket to reduce the MSDs but other than that highly technical scenario, put nothing down on a lease.

Gave them my old Subie worth 2500 and rolled away in new Q5 premium with all the options for Premium package you can get. Not a penny more out of my own pocket.
$605 for 42 months.
And please, DO NOT tell me if i did not get a good deal LOL I do not wanna know.

Do the monthly payments you guys are posting include taxes? Dealer was quoting me high lease prices here in LA (2K out of pocket and 650$ a month for a 2010 premium + with 19s only). Granted 50-60 $ of that monthly was taxes. But I chose to buy it since I got it for under invoice. Still not sure why the lease sounded so high. With leases being more confusing it seems easier for the dealer to rip people off. Anyone agree with this?

Yeah, it was Manhattan Audi. It was one of the manager/owners car. It only had ~50 miles on it so I think we got a decent deal.
