What's the story to factory tow hitch option on 2013s?

Hitch option
2 hitch option deffer by $50 because one is for side assist etc. So prestige or those with side assist on order or side assist option will automatically get the right option, all else the other.
It is corrected - reversed in the new order guide update and available for port install now.

That makes sense. I'm not getting side assist and the tow hitch option number is "ATH" for $800 on my order.
