Default Who bought the Zurich Extended warranty?

Trying to decide if this extended warranty is worth it. $1595 for 7 Years/75k. So basically for 3 years, since the factory warranty is for 4yrs already. I don't drive much, so I'm pretty sure I'll reach the 7 years if I keep it (kept my TT for 9+ years...had 65k mi). I am really liking the Q5, but it has so many bells and whistles...I'm wondering how lucky can I be. Thoughts?

You can get this warranty from any dealer if your factory warranty not expired.
My personal opinion - 4 yr - it's A LOT OF TIME.
Anything can happen - don't waist your money. Wait for 3 1/2 yr - if you still have this car and you liked - then start looking around.
And I don't see coverage for MMI - Navigation - this part alone is > $3000 + labor

You are correct the MMI is not covered, when I bought my Q5 the dealer gave me two options for the extended; the Audi one or (since they own the Infiniti dealership next door) the Nissan extended which covers the Q5 and also includes the MMI. The Nissan warranty was also substantially less.

seems like mmi would be included. Had this on warranty on my m5 and the idrive was covered. It is a comprehensive warranty and since it is not listed in the exclusions, it should be covered.

Agree 100%. If your car gets totaled next year; that Warranty $$$$ starts ticking/gets prorated from the day you buy it. I did that on my 2000 A4 - paid in full and when I went to trade it in, called the warranty company and found out they were in bankruptcy. Lost the entire amount - all w/o using a day's worth of coverage. Repeat from above - My personal opinion - 4 yr - it's A LOT OF TIME.
