Will these wheels fit
I have a set of winter wheels and tires for my Q5. They are 18" with 35mm offset and 5.9 back space, will they fit on a new GTI?

You would be better off asking in GTI forums. Before doing so you'll need more information though, wheel width, tire size.. GTIs use a pretty high offset though so it's doubtful unless they are a fairly narrow wheel. Tires for a Q5 definitely won't fit a GTI.
