Default 2018 Q5 Factory Tint

Which windows come pre-tinted from the factory?
Rear windows?
Back window?
Panoramic roof?

What % is the tint, 35%?

What kind of UV protection is provided by the factory tint?

There is no factory 'tint' - it's colored glass

UV yes, at least on the prestige, I'd say 70% at best it's not dark at all.

Privacy glass is just darken glass with the same properties as the standard glass. There is no additional UV protection like you get from film type of tints. The main usefulness of the darken glass is to provide privacy or security to what is carried within your vehicle, not to reduce UV or heat entering into the vehicle.
The Q5 is available with the back and sunroof glass darken, so the front two windows are clear. Note that the standard glass has a slight tint effect anyway.

The manufactures don't release details on what percentage the glass is tinted to.

70% of light allowed to enter? Or 70% of light blocked?

if that’s the case, is it possible to apply clear tint to the back and sunroof and then just tint the front two windows to match the rest of the car?

Yes. You can also apply a very light tint to the rears and a darker to the front to match however you want it.

A decent tint shop should be able to measure the the factory color and give you options to mix and match.

My tint guy used a measuring gauge on the rear passenger doors and it showed 20%. That means 20% of the light gets through. This is on a 2018 SQ5.
