2018 Q5 -- very cold cup holder?

I just picked up my new 2018 Q5 last week. Love it!! I have an issue that i cannot find an answer to and hoping someone here could help. The cup holders are very cold. Like air conditioned cold. I know the 2018 does not have the hot/cold option anymore but is there a way I can turn off the cold on them? I don't want them hot or cold -- just no temperature at all. I put coffee in an insulated travel mug for a 30-minute drive to work and the mug keeps the coffee warm enough (although it cools down a lot) -- but the outside of the mug is icy cold when I remove it from the cup holder.
Has anybody else had this issue and how do I fix it?
Thank you!!

Would your center air vents be pointing downwards? I noticed that in mine, I think it was my keys in the cupholder that were cold, I noticed the air vents were pointed downwards.

Thank you for the reply!! I don't think it's the center air vent. I have the a/c turned off and using heat. It's like the inside of the cup holders are air conditioned. Anything I put inside of the cup holder gets very cold.
