I purchased 2022 Q5 about a month ago.
but, I can not yet been registered as a key user.
dealer said 2022 model have some problem in Audi head, so wait more.
Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I have an appointment for the dealer to install the trailer hitch Tuesday and will have them look into it.

Same here. At one point, after working with the dealer and them calling Audi a few times, I was told the issue is that I have my '20 A5 in the app, and I'm Key User there, and they have an issue with two cars having the same Key User. Fortunately, I had the A5 early in MIB3 teething, and I've read enough here (thanks, S4 forum and SCarGuy), to know the foibles pretty well. Both cars have the touch screen MIB3, and up until the Q5, the A5 had been working fine in the app. "Supposed to be fixed by mid-November." Unfortunately, working with the dealer, he had me delete my A5 from the app and re-enter it as well as the Q5. End result is that now, I'm Key User on the A5 but can't log in there to My Audi, and I'm not Key User on the Q5 but am logged in to MyAudi on that car. I decided to call Audi and waited for a while for a support person, but she spent a LONG time on the phone with me, back and forth in both cars' MMI's, and concluded there was a problem with the setup of the '22 Q5, and she opened two support tickets--hoping for a call back to me by Nov 15. That didn't happen, yet, but I've had issues updating the A5 on the MyAudi app on the phone just recently, so they may be having other problems right now. The '20 A5 did update car status in the app as of yesterday, I have all my Connect Prime paid features there, but the '22 Q5 has never updated the car status in the app since I'm not Key User, but has the Connect Trial; and the A5 Configuration Wizard keeps asking me to log in--to no avail. Audi has two Support Tickets open on me now.......................
I will say the experience with the Customer Support person was encouraging--listened, understood, knew what to try. So, I'm hopeful she'll call soon. I'll post any positive news.

On my 2022 Q5 e 55 I'm also seeing lots of software failures with the key user and Connect features. I've had the car 4 weeks and cases opened for over 3 weeks, and I was told they're taking 3 - 4 weeks per case.
The customer support is abysmal, with 2 hour phone waits, disconnects, and voice messages and emails going to the black hole of no responses. Problems have ranged from no satellite map, no traffic, no electric range map, no key user so guest login every time, and lost settings. The online manual keeps timing out so I have to start over to find my place again (what happened to PDF manuals?).
I've never bought an such an expensive "luxury" vehicle before and I'm shocked and very unhappy with this state of affairs.

Looks like there's a new software update that fixes the key user issue and some other communication stuff on the 2022 Q5.
I just had the car into the dealer to install the trailer hitch and they did the software update. It solved my problem of trying to become the key user.
Update is code 91CQ. See the PDF attached for more information.
