Ordered my first Audi through the dealer in late May, currently "hoping" for late September to early October for delivery. Excited for it, Daytona Gray Prestige with the Black Optics package. Anyone else hearing anything for MY22?

No, but I only placed my order at the beginning of this month (PP, ultra blue). I was told end of November but not to hold my breath.

Has your dealer given you an actual expected production week from their system?

Not yet, I asked this morning if there was a build week slotted. I haven't seen/heard final pricing on the 22s either, asked for an update there as well.

Just heard yesterday - 9/14 is the expected build complete date, with delivery ~month after.

I hate to break it to you, but you aren't getting your car in late September or early October. My car just left the factory (ordered in March, went into production end of May and was stuck in the factory until this past week) and it's slated for a mid September delivery.

I had originally ordered my MY21 at the end of January, and latest I heard from Audi in May would be that I would get it at the end of August (end of next month!) In the meantime, I had another dealer secure one for me in May. I wish you luck, but dealers can be lying dogs.

I ordered a MY2022 in late May from our dealer. During the past week (end of July) I was told by the dealer they expect what they describe as an allocation for 2022 models in August; This is followed by scheduling manufacturing-assembly. From everything I am hearing on this forum, my assumption is allocation will be by the end of August, scheduling of assembly completed by the end of September, assembly completed by mid November and delivery will be first of December.

BTW, the pricing information I have is $52,900 for premium model; add $4100 for the Prem Plus; and I believe it is another $9200 for the Prestige.

For a Q5e, that’s cheaper than 2021.

It’s actually $1,000 more than 2021.

The 2021 Q5e (Premium) started at $51,900.
The Premium Plus is $55,800.
The Prestige is $61,700.

Based on Bigelow’s numbers for 2022:

Premium is $52,900
Premium Plus is $57,000
Prestige is $62,100

I was off on the Prestige package - it is listed as $9450.

And I agree with Ian, it is my understanding the base price increased $1000 over 2021,
