I have tried this one for my 2018Q5.Dealership offered good discount on this sunshade. I was wondering it was not fit well (a little bit wider and taller then windshield frame). I have checked with dealership and P/N and item is correct.
I have ordered Covercraft® UV11552BL - UVS100™ Heat Shield instead. This one fits perfectly for 2018 and 2021 Q5s.

I have a two-piece sunshade that's bright silver. It's one I had for my previous car, and works well. I believe my wife picked it up at Walmart some years ago.
