A little late, but in case anyone else was wondering...
If you're not familiar, buy an OBD11 device, connect it to your car and then browse the menu in this sequence:
Control Units\Dashboard (17)\Adaptation\FIX: Distance covered since last mileage-dependent inspection
> new value 0 - set whatever number you find here(miles since last reset) to zero - This will reset your miles interval back to zero

Control Units\Dashboard (17)\Adaptation\FIX: Time since last time-dependent inspection
> new value 0 - set whatever number you find here(time since last reset) to zero - This will reset your time interval back to zero
