The front drains anre easy to access, open the door all the way and you can see them. Looks like a black circle with a rubber plug. Use a short pipe cleaner to make sure the “valve” is not blocked. You can test it by pouring some soapy water in from the open sunroof. When you test it make sure you pour water into the outermost track and not the inner one as that one does not have a drain

Finally got around to testing this with a hose. It took a good amount of water and I directly placed the hose along the sunroof gasket. Also along the doors but it appears to be the roof. Given the amount of time and water I think it’s draining but not fast enough.
