Jack recommendations
Gone get ready for changing tires and was looking for what high and capacity of jack would you recommended if I don’t want to use the factory jack. Also looking for ft-lbs for lugnuts

The Q5 weighs approximately 4000 lbs. so if you're only jacking up one corner at a time I would say any floor jack with a rating above 1.5 ton would suffice. Also, the Q5 has enough ground clearance that I'd stay away from low profile jacks as they may not have the reach needed.
I have a Craftsman 3 ton aluminum floor jack and use it with a slotted jack pad on my 2018 Q5.
The lug nuts should be torqued to 100 ft-lbs I believe. I recall seeing that somewhere in the manual.

I am in the same boat and have been looking as well. I will be getting the .
it is cheaper (99 + 10 shipping) at Costco. 3 ton isn't necessary but the price gets the weight down to under 50 lbs which is helpful. The Harbor Freight Daytona model is recommended by many but I think it is like 100 lbs.
My next decision is which impact gun. I want this to be fast and doing every one by hand is not an option for me. The "inexpensive" choice is the Husky $100 model at Home Depot. But I am debating a for $150. It is overkill for the Audi but I might need it one day for my tractor.
Last is the torque wrench:I've settled on the $125 - or the model - which may be more useful for the Audi.
Total cost is about $400 which doesn't pay itself back for 3 years but should make for a quick quality enjoyable job.

for impact, unless you have a heavy duty compressor with a huge tank go electric like the Milwaukee 1/2. After you brake the nut loose on the ground you will have no problem. Trust me you won’t regret it.

To go cordless requires a bigger investment. I am an 18v Dewalt guy - so I'd have to upgrade to the 20v system to get the 1/2 driver. Doable, but a $320 investment for driver, batteries, and charger. Plus the 1/2 driver is useful mainly for driving lug nuts and bolts. However, there are 1/2" to 1/4" adapters for screw bits, so maybe I'll go this route - I've got a deck that I need to resurface this fall.
