When I open the myAudi App, i see a message "The Audi connect infotainment services are not yet connected to the vehicle. please enter your myAudi email address and your password on the vehicle MMI.
I recently got a new phone, and I am not sure if this message was there before, but I'm guessing not. Regardless, where in the MMI do i do that?

Same issue here and not a new phone. I’m afraid to log out of the car and log back in since I don’t have the key user code tag. All of my services work, but I get that stupid message.

I had "link infotainment to app" problem too and was never able to login from the MMI even though everything worked and I was the key user. I would try logging in to the MMI periodically and one day it miraculously connected and announced that the vehicle was now linked to the app. I have no idea what changed but if you keep attempting to login you might get lucky some day.

Same issue here but I'm logged in on the MMI. It doesn't seem to impact any of the remote features such as Information, locate, charge timers and turning AC on remotely so I just ignore it.

No problem. Go into the app on your phone, and make sure the whole profile section is completed in the app (birthday, 4 digit pin). Log out of the app. Go to the car, and delete yourself as key user in the car, then go to Users, and re-add yourself as key user with the email, password, it will then ask for the 4 digit pin (to stay logged in to the vehicle so you don't have to do it every time) and 10 digit keytag code from the opaque keytag you should have received at delivery. Should be all set from there. I had to do it yesterday for a client here, worked perfectly.
