Spare tire wheel well fit full size tire?
Does the Q5 wheel well hold a full sized spare tire?
I’m asking ‘cuz the one on my A4 doesn’t. Only the donut spare fits keeping the trunk floor flat.

No, it only holds a donut, and it's deflated...
There is almost zero storage under the floor.
