I give up! Went to update my 2019 Q5 Maps in myaudi.com Canada and could NOT find the link! Does it not work in canada anymore?
Your help (with Link) would be appreciated.

Followed your advice and downloaded files, transferred to SD card and installed last night. No problems so far will check out this morning. Thanks again. Still want to know where the Canadian web site or web page went, if you know, let me!

^ Hey there Jcampbell 3... I live in Ontario, Canada. This morning I tried logging into myAudi (Canada) using the same URL I've always used, and was presented with a message saying they moved over their systems to a new site. They provided a link to get to the "new login area". When I clicked on the link it brought me to this page:

I then proceeded to enter my email address and password and was able to login.
Hope this info is of some help.

Didn’t work for me from iPad, will try a windows machine. Get this error.

Okay, tried again from MyAudi and that got me through to old web pages but still don’t see any map update page do you?

^ Once you've successfully logged into myAudi, click on the "Features" heading/tab. Under Features, there is a section entitled "Map Update".

Same as RBreeze - Works for me this morning as well. Go to audi.ca, then follow links to myaudi. login and then select "features". Scroll down and there is a prompt to download. If you have more than one Audi you need to select the appropriate vehicle.

Brilliant,
Finally got it! my screen wasn't loading fast enough to see it at first on the ipad! However, with patience I now see it and I'm downloading on my PC. It will take a month or two on my connection! However, Thanks for all your help!

Didn't you say you already installed the 2021 map update? Just wondering why you need to download it again?
