Virtual Cockpit Display Stuck

The VC display is stuck on Classic, but I can change the left side display of the VC using the MMI screen. Strange. I rebooted the MMI several times, but still no change. Everything else on the MMI works fine.
I really don’t want to delete my User profile since Audi Tech Support had to back door the system since I didn’t have the 10 digit code. The original owner didn’t leave it in the glovebox. BTW, Audi is eliminating the codes according to the tech person I worked with from Arizona. It seems missing codes are one of the biggest issues Audi Tech Support deals with on a daily basis, as Audi dealers can’t access the codes or system.
Any suggestions to correct my display issue will be greatly appreciated. Worst case I’ll have to call Tech Support again.

Well, for those of you wondering, it seems the 2021 PHEV only has one view in the VC, which is the Classic; that’s according to the Audi Technical agent I spoke to. There is no software update, but I could purchase a new head unit if I was so inclined—not! So, case closed, but hopefully helpful to someone else in the future. I only wasted 38 minutes of my life getting the answer this morning that the agent had to “research”. She finally found the answer in one of her many databases. I did mention in the follow-up survey about the manual (other vehicles I’ve owned had supplemental manuals for infotainment and navigation) being useless in this regard and to other questions I’ve had about the MMI. The agent was friendly, courteous, and professional in dealing with this old bugger, however.
