Default AdBlue warning light not resetting after refill

My Audi Q5 TDI 2.0 (2011 model) AdBlue warning light is on with 1000 kms. AdBlue warning light is still on after refill 10 litres of Adblue.

you need to clear it with vagcom then via adaptation i believe. Although with 10 liters filled up it should have went away on it's own

Thank you for the advice, it's beyond me. I will take it to service.

I believe you're saying that the AdBlue low warning is saying that you have 1000 KMS 'remaining' before the vehicle will not start.
What I do not see you advise is, if after refilling did you drive the vehicle?? It takes about 3 minutes of driving for the sensors to recognize the new level from filling.
Just starting the engine doesn't do it.

The warning light is still on after I drove 25 kms. may be 10 litres refill is not enough or the sensor is faulty. Adblue is topped up in January 2018 by Audi as a part of Recall campaign.

That is plenty! 2.5 gallons+
I have put a half gallon bottle in mine before to get the light to go off until I could buy larger containers.
I also have heard some simply won't reset without VAG. That's unfortunate and also not supposed to be proper under Magnuson Moss / FTC here is the US anyway.

some of the early models did not reset by them selves and required a diagnostics tool, but IIRC there was supposed to be some sort of software update/tsb that fixed that behavior..

I been my mechanic and he checked with a diagnostics tool, no reset option. I am supposed to go to Audi Service tomorrow. Surprisingly, the Adbule yellow warning light went off this morning after 30 kms highway drive. Thank you for everyone advices.
