Hi
I have a '14 Q7. It had some repairs done to the driver side door a few weeks ago. Since then, if I have the fob in my pocket, when i put my hand on the driver side front and rear door handles, the car unlocks. But if I put my hand on the passenger side doors, it doesn't unlock until i actually pull the handle.
Any idea what might have happened. The body shop doesn't seem to know what could be going on.
Thanks,
W

the handles are notorious for failing, perhaps they did not re-assemble it correctly.. Have you had it plugged into an VAG Diagnostic tool?

Our newly purchased 2015 did exactly the same. I scanned it and got codes that both door handle sensors were faulty. Took it to dealer and they confirmed. They replaced both passenger side door handles. This took a few days as they have to be painted. Works perfectly now.
