2010 Q7 Wheel Size

I am a new member having just bought a new 2010 Q7 3.6. I would greatly appreciate comments/advise on the pluses/minuses of putting 22" size wheels to replace the factory 19" the unit came with.

Not sure about 2010 production but traditionally you need to add washers/shims to clear steering arms at full lock when you want to go up from 19"
This only applies to 18" or 19" OEM as 20" or 21" already set up for wider rims like 275 to 295.
It may depend on offset. Def requires a bit of research
